Vitol Season's Greetings
A short Christmas card animation created for Vitol, a brush drawn tree builds itself, gifts appear beneath it, and the film closes on the company's own logo and a seasonal message.
The Brief
Vitol wanted a bespoke Christmas card animation and had a very specific request. They wanted us to use the 'droplet' graphic from their logo as a bauble on a Christmas tree. We worked with illustrator Caleb Simmons to design a Christmas tree that would suit the droplet.
What CUMI Created
We took Caleb's drawings and broke them apart so we could animate them in After Effects. Our sound designer then worked on a special set of effects to bring the sequence to life.
