Absolute Power, What is a Hung Parliament?
An animated explainer made for True Tube about the 2010 hung parliament, what it is, who's involved, and what it means for democracy in the UK, made with no budget in a simple yet stylish way.
The Brief
After a chance meeting with True Tube's Beth, CUMI was asked to help spice up a video they had in production about the events leading up to the 2010 elections. The 2010 General Election resulted in a 'hung parliament'. In a political system traditionally dominated by two parties, Labour and Conservative, such an outcome is almost unheard of.
